The entire communication process with your Senior Field Representative, Mario from start to finish was extremely professional. His help in explaining the entire process from colors, detail of the job, what was needed, what was not, when the crew would arrive when they would be finished, and the process of cleaning up with a magnetic rack brought us comfort.
