Mario handled everything from how to deal with the insurance company to ordering materials, tips on what to do with the window frames, to scheduling the work and what to expect. His help in explaining the entire process from colors, detail of the job, what was needed, what was not, when the crew would arrive when they would be finished, and the process of cleaning up with a magnetic rack brought us comfort.
